Terms of Service
Plain rules for using statikvoid, buying Pro, and getting a refund. The licence for downloaded images lives on its own page so it can be read on its own.
Agreement.
By using statikvoid you accept these terms. You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and able to enter a binding contract.
Your account.
Keep your password confidential. Account sharing — handing your credentials to other people so they can use Pro — is not permitted. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
Pro purchase.
- Pricing. Current pricing and access terms for Pro are listed on the Pro page.
- Scope. Pro covers image collections only. Future product lines (motion, video, or other media) would be sold separately.
- Processing. Payments are handled by Polar; their terms also apply.
- Account-bound. Pro is tied to the purchasing account and cannot be transferred or resold.
Refunds.
14 days, no questions. Email [email protected] from the address on the order within 14 days and we will refund through Polar. A refund ends your Pro entitlement and terminates the licence to any files downloaded under it (see the licence).
Acceptable use.
- Do not scrape the site, the catalogue, or any image asset.
- Do not redistribute or resell the assets — see the licence for the full list of restrictions.
- Do not abuse the download endpoints, share signed URLs, or attempt to bypass the Pro check.
- Do not use the service to violate the law, infringe others' rights, or distribute malicious content.
Intellectual property.
The site, the brand, and the curated catalogue belong to statikvoid. These terms do not grant you any rights in them beyond the rights expressly given in the licence for downloaded images.
Disclaimers and liability.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty beyond what applicable law requires. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or the licence. If we terminate for cause, the Pro purchase is not refunded.
Governing law and changes.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. We may update them over time; material changes will be posted on this page, and continued use means you accept the update.
